This makes them an ideal choice to decorate any size or shape window. Enticing colors and fabrics combine with a host of specialty systems to harmonize with any décor in the home. Honeycomb shades also offer protection to interior home furnishings from harmful ultraviolet rays.

Light Filtering

We love to go with light filtering honeycomb shades in all living areas, giving complete privacy while maximizing natural light.

Honeycomb Shades, also known as Cellular Shades, are a window covering used to block or filter light and insulate windows to help save energy & reduce energy costs. The cell (honeycomb) size can vary. Cell shapes hold trapped air and create a barrier between the window surface and the room.

Room Darkening

Some rooms are just better dark, and that’s why our standard double cell room darkening cellular shades are simply fantastic. This honeycomb shade operates on our most basic design – a pull cord on one side to lift the shade from the bottom. The double honeycomb fabric is our top insulator and blocks out 99% off the light. The low-profile headrail snaps easily into the mounting hardware and will not obstruct the view when your shade is open. Great for bedrooms for uninterrupted sleep and media rooms for a prime viewing experience.

Energy Efficiency

There is no shade that can insulate your windows like a honeycomb shade. Honeycomb shades are an easy choice for distinctive and decorative designing. Fabrics have a neutral backing, providing an attractive, uniform look from the outside.

The insulating properties of honeycomb shades improve a home’s energy efficiency. Colors stay true even in the face of direct sunlight and offer tremendous protection to interior home furnishings from harmful ultraviolet rays.
